IP Phones moving between switches on their own

I'm running ShoreTel 12.3 and I've got the failover turned off. Some phones seem to be hopping between switches on their own. Is there a way to make sure phones stay on the switch they're assigned to by me? |

Jordan, This could be an issue and you may want to call support for assistance. or if you disabled the option without rebooting all the phones then they may switch over to another switch dynamically... |
