Standard email message for external and internal calls are: You have received a voice mail message from 14107076325 for mailbox 5242. Message length is 00:00:44. Message size is 346 KB. OR You have received a voice mail message from Fname Lname, 2127 for mailbox 5242. Message length is 00:00:28. Message size is 219 KB. I would like to add the DID for internal extensions and the DID that accesses the voicemail system, This way our BB users can select the numbers from the voicemail and dial immediately. |

Hi Duane, thanks for your suggestion.. just to help understand your request, you would like to see the email notification display the entire user's DID rather than the just the user's extension? Thanks, Brian |

Something like this External calls: You have received a voice mail message from 14107076325 for mailbox 5242. Call 12025551212 to access your voice mail. Message length is 00:00:44. Message size is 346 KB. OR Internal Calls: You have received a voice mail message from Fname Lname, 2127, 12025552127 for mailbox 5242. Call 12025551212 to access your voice mail. Message length is 00:00:28. Message size is 219 KB. 12025551212 = DID to access voice mail 12025552127 = DID for extension 2127 This way our BlackBerry users can select the either DID from the email and call it directly, as it is now I can call the external user from the number supplied. (14107076325 in this example) Thanks |

I was thinking something like the initial.txt or update.txt file notifications. Is it possible now on any ShoreTel flavor? (BTW: We are 7.5) |

There are files called initial.txt and update.txt under c:\Program Files\Shoreline Communications\ShoreWare Director\en-US. These are used to change initial email. http://support.shoretel.com/kb/view.do?kcId=KB11226&sliceId=1 I was hoping there was a similar file for voice mail notifications. |
