Provisioned Phone connection problem

Good day everyone!
We are implementing our first SMR right now. We are currently experiencing a problem about the connection of provisioned phones.
After provisioning the phone and tried to do a test call(over wifi), the other line can hear us but we can't hear anything from the opposite line. Do we missed out some configurations from Mobility? Director? Android phones?

For the call audio issues, there is a known problem with G729 codec selection that is causing one-way audio.

under configuration/mobility de-select the G729 codec from all 3 (enterprise/home /cellular voice). Hope that helps with the first part.
