Mobility 9 Choppy Audio

We have been on Mobility for about 16 months now and my Galaxy S4 had performed well using on Enterprise Wi-Fi as well as other Wi-Fi networks. My S4 died and a friend gave me a gently used Samsung Galaxy Note 3 which is supported per ST documentation. I successfully provisioned my newly acquired Galaxy Note 3 and calls connect fine but callers complain my audio is "Choppy" and they get about every 4th word.
My Signal is strong in my office, -42db but I can't seem to figure this one out. My old S4 still works on Wi-Fi (Sim card slot is bad) so I reprovisoned it on Mobility 8 and it works great.

Anyone else have issues with Choppy audio using Galaxy Note 3 or another Android 5.0 or later device?

My S4 is on Android 5.01.

Mobility Router Admin portal under Configuration->Mobility->Default Settings and disable the codec G.729 Annex-B for all the locations Enterprise, Home and Cell Data.
