Shoreware Agent Toolbar Now Displaying Caller/Group info

Hello everyone, I have one user whose Agent Toolbar "Status Bar" doesn't show call or group info like everyone else. I tried this on their Citrix session and in a locally installed session which makes me think its a profile thing to a setting I just can't seem to find.

There should be some info in this yellow area. Any ideas or suggestions would be awesome. Thanks!
