I'm the admin for my company. I would find it helpful to see the name of the person who created the support case added to the list of Support cases. Thanks.

I can understand the value of having the person who created the support case on the list of cases. I have captured this for future consideration.

When you send updates to a case via email - please ADD to this notice the "Name of the Account" as well as the case number. I get several updates from ST on Case per day as a partner and I have hard time find out which client this notice is for.
