Using ECC Email queues

Is there anyone that is successfully using Email groups/Queues? We've been trying to implement in our contact center and either the service does not do all that the user guide says it does or we do not have adequate support through our vendor. We need to have some questions answered about how this really works.

We've used/implemented a few times. It's nothing magical/mysterious though. I don't htink it does much too fancy other than deliver emails to your agent really.
