How to open a development case with ShoreTel? We are developing a soft phone application to work with ShoreTel PBX and having some difficulties.
We cannot post on public forums technical details of the issues.

You need to purchase an innovation partner license which will give you access to the SDKs.

We purchased it. And we don't need any SDK because we are not using it. We just want ShoreTel developers to help us debug an issue in our application. How can we do it?
