I would like to ask if anyone has install ShoreTel Connect Onsite Contact Center?

We are installing ShoreTel Connect Controlled Release (CR6) builds,ST_Connect_Contact_Center_507.80.6109.0.

I would like to know how the Agent toolbar is installed?
Is it the same as the previous ECC9 release?
I could not find any relevant document pertaining to the above.

Appreciate if anyone could provide me some ideas or information.

The agent toolbar is no more. It's all web-based now. I believe you access with http://CCSERVERADDRESS:PORT/ecc.
