Can you add a Call Profile field to the default screen pop

When a call comes into the ECC agent, the default screen pop that shows the number of the incoming call, can you add a field of a call profile to that?

When a caller calls into the queue, they are asked what company they are calling for:

Press 1 for company1.... this then changes the call profile "carrier" to a specified value.

Can this value pop up on the default screen pop?

You can add CP fields to the TAPI stream by creating a configuration file on the ECC server. This is documented in ECC. This will only place the value delimited with pipes.
