Desktop Wallboard - Abandoned Calls threshold

The abandoned calls listed in the desktop wallboard seems to reset to 0 after a brief period of time. What is the process of increment the threshold to retain the count of abandoned calls, and if possible, we would like to maintain the count for a specified cyclic period of time to maintain count for the last X amount of time (no reset before recounting).
