Looking for some assistance on an issue we are experiencing with one-way audio. This issue is happening with numerous phone numbers that we are calling. It seems like if we call a phone number that has an auto-attendant with MOH play before they pick up our call, we either get one-way audio (we hear them, they cant hear us) or we get dead silence when answered. We are running 14.2 : 19.48.5800.0 We are running virtual v-trunk switches via VMware that go through an Acme Packet ESBC to our SIP provider. We are also running an Avaya IP Office system through the same SBC and SIP trunking provider and do no have the issue we are seeing with ShoreTel. I have tried terminating the SIP trunks VIA an SG90 and see the same issue. Has anyone ever experienced this issue or have any advise on where to look?

I would suggest running a packet capture to trace the SIP packets on the ACME Packet ESBC from the vTrunk switch and the initiating phone.

Since you experienced the same issue on the SG90 it seems the issue may be on the SBC.
