SalesForce ShoreTel APP connecting Lightning APP

Please note we already have the Classic APP up and running in SalesForce. When we try to turn the APP on in lightning we cannot see the ShoreTel app in any lightning page.

Here are the steps with screenshots that I took to try to get the ShoreTel APP to show up in SalesForce:

Are you running ShoreTel 14.2 or ShoreTel Connect? I believe you will need to be running the new ST Connect version to use the NEW Salesforce app for the Connect that supports Lightning.

We do not have any software installed on premise. We use shoretel sky.

How can I tell what version I have of "Connect" or is that different than "Sky"?
