We do have customer that would like to have report on how the incoming call flows thru call flow, how long it’s been going thru hunt group, auto attendant, which extension it reached and why it’s been disconnected. How would be possible to make this report in Shoretel?

Shoretel offers extensive reporting options via Shoreware Director. You can run user detail, work group detail and trunk detail reports. Shoretel communicator is also a useful tool by highlighting call, right click, properties. This will show a cradle to grave routing slip of a given call presented to that user.

Mark is correct. There are also Pro Services reports that can be purchased and enabled based on your reporting needs. This also includes a report scheduler if reports need to be automated.

yes routing slip exist on connect client, you have to enable it within the client
