Adding users to favorites intermittently works

On 3 different Connect systems, random users are not allowed to be added to the Favorites group under People. The user is not part of any existing groups. Currently running the latest version of Connect Client 213.100.1954.0, but it occurred in previous builds.

1) Search for the user.
2) Click the Star to add to Favorites.
3) Click Favorites and the user is missing.
4) Search user again and the Star is grayed out.

Oddly, you can add the user to a group without issue.

I welcome any info if I am misunderstanding how this should work?

We're also having this trouble. The difference being that this user also can't add the contacts to their groups.

I had this same thing happen. I deleted the user and added them back in and that was the fix. Both times it happened to be with an existing user where the name was changed. It like there is something still working behind the scenes with the prior name. Not sure, but the delete/add worked for me.
