Phone error in Connect

Hello everyone.

We currently have a client who is experiencing issues with their phone. They're currently running the current version of Connect (21.82.9630.0 as of 22/07/2017), and using IP480G phones.

There is only one phone that is giving an error message "All lines in use". We've RMA'd the phone once and gotten a new one, swapped it with another phone in their office, and it still is giving this message.

Anyone have this same issue??

Have you tried rebuilding the extension? Possibly, moving phone to another switch?

are they the same user group and do they have line access for all lines ?
