Connect Client unable to connect to IM Server

WE have Connect in Our offices, I recently added a Virtual SA and I am having some problems with IM / creating Events.
IM gives me "unable to connect to IM server" in my connect client
When I try and create event in client when I click in Create event invite I get Create conference failed
All services are running and I have Burnflashed the SA
any ideas ?

Do you have a certificate loaded to the SA appliance?

Double check the SA local configuration to ensure the domain and hostname are correct. Also the domain name in the ST Director for the SA.
