Greetings, Can anyone tell me if Shoretel Mobility app is supposed to show in/out calls in Salesforce?

My client has the Shoretel Call Center adapter successfully configured and working in Salesforce but the problem we are running into is calls made from the Shoretel Mobility app do not reflect in the users call history in Salesforce. The scenario is a user works, in Salesforce, from home and makes calls through their Shoretel app. They calls do not show up in the, Shoretel/Salesforce call history. They do show up in regular Shoretel reports.

Any incite would be greatly appreciated.
