Connect Client, Softphone and Voicemail

I don't know if this is a bug or future feature, but there appears to be no way to listen to voicemails using the Connect Client and Softphone.

There is a speaker icon, but under both Windows 10 and Windows 8.1, it will never "click" but stays locked on desk phone, which as Softphone doesn't exist.

Similarly, the Outlook plug-in mirrors this behavior. It tries to play to a desk phone that isn't there because the user is using soft phone.

As a work-around, we're sending voicemails as WAV files but would love if we could listen with the client like we do on our previous on-site ShoreTel Communicator client.

I just wanted to say thanks for fixing this! In the past set of client upgrades, voicemail to speakers with Softphone is now working properly on all of our systems.

We are on the current release of Connect 21.82.9623.0 out 6/9/16 and is in the Build Notes as being corrected but I have a customer complaining of this same issue.
