Voicemail Escalation Profile feature for voicemail only profiles as seen in Prem systems

There is an option for Voicemail dialing (they called it escalation path) for voicemail only profiles on Prem system. Example) customer leaves a VM in a voicemail only profile (such as the Maintenance Voicemail for their apartments). ShoreTel will then call out to an external number and a message will announce that you have a message press 1 to receive or follow other prompts. They had it ringing to external cell phones used by maintenance staff, and if they did not respond within 10 minutes it would ring back to remind them for up to 10 times.

Suggesting this as a feature to be added to voicemail only profiles on Connect Cloud platform as well.
