mobility client DTMF issue

After connecting a call using a mobility client to a party with auto-attendant, when I dial a menu,it does not respond. Any suggestions to correct this issue? thanks.

Try selecting the user and go to the devices tab, select the device and hit modify. there is a option that says DTMF error correction, select that to enable and see if you send DTMF.
