"Scheduled" Monthly Reports not working

We are currently on ECC 9 build 506.6.7103.0 and have noticed on numerous occasions that Scheduled multi-group monthly reports do not generate. Never seem to have the problem with scheduled daily or weekly reports of any kind, and never have a problem running these monthly reports via manual generate.

note: rebooting ecc server tends to clear issue temporarily.

Any thoughts?

Update....

This seems to be limited to scheduled monthly reports containing MULTIPLE groups.

Are there any errors found in Scheduled Reports or Windows Event Log? Within the Scheduled Reports window there is a log when a specific report is highlighted.
