WAV devices not showing

We have installed *ShoreTel Remote TAPI Service Provider* which is showing the below configuration in Phone and Modem options

Connection type: ShoreTel Application-Server
Server: localhost (XX.XX.X.XX)
CurSrv: localhost
Login: XXXXXX
Connect: X:XX:XX PM XX/XX/XXXX
Devices: XX lines, XX phones

We can see the TAPI devices but no WAV devices showing under the *Sound, video and game controllers* section of the Device Manager to do TAPI/WAV call recording.

Does anyone know what's missing?
