Can't run ShoreTel build .exe

When trying to run ShoreTel version 14.2 Build 19.47.5900.0, I couldn't run the actual setup file in the folder. Got ShoreTel TAC on the phone and they swore it was an issue with the server software.

After googling, found that you had to right click on the setup .exe and click properties. Then at the bottom you have to click "unblock" and it'll allow you to run the .exe.

Hopes this helps someone else in this situation.
