Outlook integration giving error workgroup or corporate mode

i am trying to launch the outlook integration with Personal Call Manager and i am getting a workgroup or corporate mode?

Anyone know what this means?

Per KB 10756 - Error installing Outlook Integration: 'Please make
sure Outlook is running in Corporate Workgroup mode.' Issue: When
installing Personal Call Manager, during the Outlook integration
install you receive the error message 'Please make sure Outlook is
running in Corporate Workgroup mode'. Scenario: When installing
Personal Call Manager, during the Outlook integration install you
are receiving this error message. Resolution: Outlook is running in
Corporate Mode. In some instances: The issue is a 'typo' in the
VMailfrm.cfg file. To correct the issue Open File Manager and go to
C:\Program Files\Shoreline Communications\ShoreWare Client, or the
drive your PCM is installed in and perform the following steps: 1.
Open the following file with Notepad: VMailfrm.cfg 2. Look for the
following: * [Platform.NTx86] * CPU=ix86 * OSVersion=WinNT3.5 *
file1=VMailForm.dll * registry1=InprocServer32 = VMailForm.dll *
Remove the 'o' from the following lines * file1=VMailForm.dll *
registry1=InprocServer32 = VMailForm.dll * It should now look like
this * CPU=ix86 * OSVersion=WinNT3.5 * file1=VMailFrm.dll *
registry1=InprocServer32 = VMailFrm.dll * Restart your PC and then
run the Outlook Integration

Per KB 548 - How to determine if Outlook 2000 is configured as
Corporate Mode (or Workgroup Mode)? To determine the current
configuration: From the Tools menu, check to see if the Services
menu option is available. If it is not, the Microsoft Outlook
installation is not configured for 'Corporate or Workgroup' mode.

corporate mode' Issue: Outlook integration giving error 'workgroup
or corporate mode' This affects ShoreTel 7 through ShoreTel 8
Scenario: See the following error when launching Outlook
Integration 'workgroup or corporate mode, a file conflict with the
Mail Application Program Interface (MAPI) core file on your system,
specifically, the Mapi32.dll file located in the following file:
C:\Windows\System' Resolution: 1. Quit all open programs 2. Rename
the Mapi32.dll file in C:\Windows\System32 to Mapi32.old. 3. Locate
the Fixmapi.exe file in C:\Windows\System, and then double-click
Fixmapi.exe to run the program. 4. Restart your computer. 5.
Attempt install of Outlook Integration
