BES and Mobile Call Manager Install issue

For some reason we no longer are able to install Mobile Call Manager via our Blackberry Enterprise Server anymore.

Anyone else having these issues?

I've got everything configured in IIS per documentation.

We are getting the dreaded error 504 Gateway Timeout.

What was the fix to this problem? We upgraded to 9.2 and can not get any of the MCM clients updated.

In your blackberry are you using the 'Internet Browser' or the 'Blackberry Browser' to try and access the MCM download URL. The 'Internet Browser' goes directly through your carriers internet connection and has no access to your internal network or ShoreWare Director server. The 'Blackberry Browser' routes the connection through your BES server and will let you browser to the installer URL on your Director server.

When I use the BB Browser, I get Error 403 Forbidden?
