ECC 4.66.04 Wallboard

I am curious if anyone on these boards may have a solution for me. I have configured a new wallboard for a customer. I chose the group to display, I have configured the text, parameters, ect...
I have saved the new wallboard, and have hit run.
When I log in as an agent, who has permissions to access wallboard, I cannot see the new wallboard. I see a couple of all agent wallboard scrolls, but not the wallboard scroll for my specific group. Could it just be I have to restart the server to jump start it. I have read in the knowledge base that seemed to be a fix for a wallboard that was not scrolling. I hate to do this if it can be avoided.

They are not running in a citrix/terminal service environment. I
know how to restart the ECC application without restarting the
server. Jim Seng let me know that what I am trying to accomplish is
not available in the 4.66 build I am on. Looks like we will be
