I am trying to do some integration with SharePoint by using a copy of the ShoreTel database. I'm having a difficult time finding which table stores the System Directory data. I need to perform a query that grabs information about a user's cell phone, home phone, etc.

Rich, thanks for the response. My ShoreWare.mdb only has a
'TABAddresses' table and it has a UserDN field that, for most
records, is blank. I thought this would be the equivalent to the
extension. In any event, I found a query named
'SystemDirectoryDisplay' that contains a table named
'SystemDirectory', which must be hidden because I can't find it in
the list of tables. This query has a field from the
'SystemDirectory' table called 'DN' that is an accurate
representation of the user's extension for each record. Any insight
would be much appreciated.

I've also checked the 'Show Hidden Objects' in Navigation Options
and I still don't see the 'SystemDirectory' table in the table

'systemdirectory' is another view (not a table), which in turn references a view called 'siteforusers'. The main table for the system directory is indeed 'tabaddresses'. Each row there has an 'AddressID'. There is another table 'users', which holds the system users and has a column 'AddressID' pointing to the corresponding entry in 'tabaddresses'. Entries that do not correspond to a system user, just appear in 'tabaddresses'. With a unique AddressID, of course.

Something to be aware of is that the ShoreTel database will change from Access to MySQL when you upgrade beyond version 7.5.
