Upgrade

I have an ECC customer that needs to increase the number of agents they currently have. They are still on version 4.67 so I was sent a dongle to replace in order to increase this number. Is there anything I need to do other than power down the server replace the dongle and power back up?

I know the version is end of sale. It was 4.66 and then I upgraded to the next version 4.67 I thought. There was a dongle and a DVD for version 5 in the upgrade I was sent. I thought the new version did away with dongles? Or is there one dongle for the server and the supervisor and reporting dongles not needed anymore? Also, the customer is running version 8.1 on the ShoreTel. What is the minimum version for Contact Center version 5?
