Upgrading PCM

I would like to make a recommendation about the PCM upgrade procedures. Ideally a customer would stay up to date with the latest software release but that is not always the case. When multiple upgrades are conducted (as would be needed to go from 7.5 to 10.1) I think the Call Manager installation should recognize this, uninstall the current version and reinstall the current build version.

Great suggestion --
Are you looking for an upgrade path from 7.5 to 10 without having to upgrade at each release of PCM along the way? also, have the PCM perform the uninstall/reinstall at the point of the upgrade?

That's correct Brian. I want to make it as easy as possible on the end user. It will eliminate the need to have a script uninstall PCM then reinstall the new version. I would prefer a single installation take care of the uninstall of the old version and an install of the new version.
