I have a client that is using ASCOM phones and when a external call comes to that phone it only displays Caller Name, NOT Caller ID. Is there a way to configure the ASCOM to configure CALLER ID instead of CALLER NAME?

This is the current behavior of the Ascom phones (DECT or WiFi) as tested in the TPP labs. The Caller Name is displayed on the screen for incoming calls, however the Caller ID is displayed in the call history.

I am not aware of a way within the Ascom configuration which changes this - you may want to contact Ascom support directly.

Hi Steve, I checked the Ascom config and called Ascom, it is default, we are not selling Ascom because of this.
In Holland there is no caller name send on ISDN lines, so in display you see nothing, only in the history.
