Access to other user's voicemail

In Call Manager, I'd like to be able to access another user's voicemail messages.

I'm thinking of something similar to the way that workgroup voicemails are displayed. It'd be great to be able to grant a user access to another user's voicemail and for that voicemail box to appear in their call manager.

Anyone know of a way to do this? Is there a specific procedure for feature requests?

Hi Adam,

Thanks for your suggestion.. you should be able to open the Enhancement Request via your partner portal.

let me know if you can't find it and i will post the procedure..

when you login into the partner site, select 'online tools' 'Service Requests' -- the middle tab is 'enhancement requests', then select 'submit an enhancement request' and completed the form... once submitted, you can track the enhancement request on the same page...
