Contact Center Not Working Correctly

I swapped out a user's PC Friday and everything seemed to go fine except for one thing in Contact Center.

Whenever the user would get a call and she would hang up Contact Center would still think she was still on the phone even though she wasn't and from that point on she would not receieve anymore calls unless she closed out of Contact Center and went back in.

After some research I found her old PC and all the other PCs in the call center are running on build 502.4.7603.0 and I was given 502.5.1211.0 to install on the new PC.

So I think this might be the issue. The only problem is I can;t seem to track down the 502.4.7603.0 build to test.

can anyone help me with this?
