Wrap up codes - forced - by service

Just wondering if there is a way to use Forced Wrap-up codes by Service (and not agent, supervisor or all)?

That's a fantastic point
Any additional prompting options for agents is a great idea: pop-ups, flashing colors in in the Call Manager, either the call status bar or even the wrap up buttons.

In a similar vein, an optional (set by admin or supervisor on an agent by agent or service by service basis) setting for a pop-up 'You are in forced release - Do you want to log in/out?' would be awesome.

Now we are on the subject of forced wrap ups, I agree with Bob. And, how about the capacity to add more than one wrap up code per call.
