"Call Back" agent popups

Be good if the call back agent pop-ups could have more info, at the very least 'Abandoned Call' or 'Callback Request' 'Outbound Dialing List (Listname)' for example. (Color coding option for border or title would also be useful for agents)

Also a big improvement would be if you could have more options and information customizable on the agent pop-up, such as time of call, queue called, info from customer database for dialing list (e.g. name, customer ID etc.)
