Export to .WAV Missing

When users change from their Primary Phone designation (and use Extension Re-Assignment), the Voicemail tab menu item to Export as .WAV is missing. If users switch back to their Primary Phone, the Export to .WAV is still missing from the Voicemail tab menu. The only way to correct this, is to Exit out of PCM. Is there a fix for this?

Matthew, can you tell me which version of ShoreTel you are using? I just tried this on my test system and it's working fine. The 'Export to .wav File' option is tied to the user settings and has no connection with the extension assignment, primary phone or SoftPhone settings. There is a flag in Director under Class of Service / Voice Mail Permissions which controls whether this menu option is shown or not.
