LightBar for Call Center?

We would like to see a light bar which could be mounted in our call center (on each phone) which would display the phone status (Available, Busy, Meeting, Ringing). This is valuable because our technicians work together and they need to know when each other is on the phone, they do not have call manager installed.

The visual of this light bar could also show when their extension is ringing from a distance and they cannot discern their ring from all the others in the area.
