Personal assistant routing modification needed

When mailbox is full and caller presses 0 after hearing 'mailbox is full' message, the caller is routed to destination where the voicemail server resides instead of what is configured in personal assistant for that extension.

If this type of call comes to a remote site without a DVM server, the caller is routed to a different site after pressing 0 regardless of what extension is configured in their personal assistant.

Can it be changed so caller is routed to the personal assistant destination instead of voicemail server location when a user's voicemail box is full and caller presses 0?
