Group Paging - Just Wait Until Hung up and play the whole announcement

For paging groups, We really wish that there was an option to have the paging delay just be the length of the paging announcement. With the delay the way it is now, the person paging hears themselves a few seconds delayed and gets confused. To clarify, we would like to have the receptionist dial the paging group extension (or click the button in Call Manager we setup) and say the whole message. Then once she hangs up, the message would play.

The problem we are having with paging is the person paging hears themselves and gets confused. Try it sometime, if you try and make an announcement over a speaker that is delayed 1-2 seconds your brain gets confused and you have to stop talking. We have the paging group delay set for 7 seconds. This works great when the 7 second delay works, however it only works if someone in the page group is on the phone. If all of the phones are available, the message plays right away with just a 1-2 second delay.
