Identifying on what Shoretel System a call occurred

Is there a way to determine on which Shoretel System a call occurred by looking at the 'SIPCallID' field in the CALL table of the CDR database?

If the CALL table contains data from different systems, how can these systems be identified?

Thanks.

What are you defining as a 'system'. Do you mean separate voice switches (orange rack mount appliances)? If you have multiple voice switches they are actually all part of the same system, or did you somehow connect 2 entire ShoreTel systems to the same CDR database?

Two different physical locations each has a Shortel system. The CDR for both appears in a single CDR database. How can I identify from which system a call originated?

Having 2 locations does not mean there are 2 different systems. ShoreTel's distributed architecture means the whole thing acts as 1 big system.

What I think you are asking for is which 'site' originated the call. Do you have each location setup as separate sites within Director? If so, are each of your users assigned to the appropriate site?
