More granular access to Dialing plan/Call Routing

I guess I am spoiled from all the years of working with PBX systems where you had very granular control over how calls were routed as well as inserting/deleting digits on a per digit or digit range.

I have already had issues with basic call routing setup for emergency calls in a centralized trunking scenario. Shoretel's dialing plan code is top secret and not available to partners or customers. They were helpful in getting me setup with the codes I needed, but I think this should not be something so restricted.

Causes problems with installs sometimes and for customers who are accustomed to having this level of control on the dialing plan it can be frustrating for them.
