Call Back in Queue data

Hey all,
Just wondering if anyone has any information regarding where or how I can get data on the 'Call Back In Queue' data, such as the phone numbers left, time of call back request being made, number of attempts.
Basically I would like to be able to report on the number of times a phone number that was left was correct Vs. the numbers that are incorrect and never have a successful callback return phone call connected. This is in order to try and see what mistakes customers are making and adjust the 'leave your phone number for a callback' message. I would also like to be able to report on if there are any repeat users of the callback system to see if the uptake of the option is increasing (unique users) or just being used more often by those who know how to use it.
If you have any info about any of this, please let me know.
