Customer is using trigger function in etas.ini to launch a command to open internet explorer and pass a URL containing ANI to the browser based CRM system. works like a champ but for one annoying problem. Each successive incoming call opens another browser window rather than using the already open window. Anyone have experience with this and/or know how to keep separate windows from opening for each call?

Hey Dan,
Not sure if you solved this (and if you have please let me know), but if not, we used the following commands within the agent ETAS.INI file - However it closes the window, so that there is only ever one window open at a time, however it does not re-use the existing window (which would be better and I think what you are actually looking for)

The webpage which popups but has the title which matches the* format, which may or may not be an issue for your situation, depending on how much control you have over the web-pop pages and any other system which may be running on the agent PC at the time.

In our situation, OnConnected command, caused the window to close with the OnCleared and OnReleased there as a backup to ensure it has closed before the next call.
Our webpop tells the agent how to answer the phone (which in turn is based on the inbound phone number the customer called), however it does a new window for each call. (if we could reuse the existing window, that would be better)

Command=Taskkill /FI 'WINDOWTITLE eq*'

Command=Taskkill /FI 'WINDOWTITLE eq*'

Command=Taskkill /FI 'WINDOWTITLE eq*'

Could one of you be so kind as to post the trigger section of a working etas.ini file? Info is scarce out there on some of the variables. Thanks!
