agent doesn't get script while in release

We have a script set up that our agents can use to log out. 6011 is set up as an IRN, which goes to a CC Script called 'Logout'. The main action for this script is 'Logout Primary Groups', followed by a wav file telling them they are logged out, followed by disconnect. If an agent is Idle, this script works fine. If an agent is in Release and dials this extension, it rings indefinitely, though it does actually log them out (weird, right?). So the script works, it just doesn't appear to work from the user's perspective. I believe this used to work properly for users in Release in the past. Any ideas?
