Email Pop Up

Foes anyone know if it is possible to configure Communicator to pop up a window on an incoming call center email, like it can for a voice call?
If the Agent is on another screen on their PC and an email arrives, there is no pop up notification and no sound, so they are unaware and end up in force release!

If you are using ECC Integration with the Communicator, to add a Sound Notification, click Tools>Options, go to Sounds, click on ACD E-Mail, use the Browse button to select a .wav file to play when ACD E-Mails are delivered to your agents.
