Alert when available

This should be made more usable.

Example:

The Alert when available should be an option that is available when making the call in the call appearance or being able to access it via right click on a user when using the quick search.

Waiting for Voicemail or going to the contacts tab is too much work when using the call manager docked

Also - making it available in the personal version of call manager would be great!
