Typically I would have a customer set the external interface eth1 in their DMZ and NAT outside to it. What if a customer doesn't have a DMZ, is it supported to assign two IPs on the same subnet to eth0 and eth1 and just NAT outside to eth1?

Hi Marc,

I have wondered about this too. I do not see any reason why this would not work. I feel it 's more like the extra physical interface allows you to set it the eth1 in a DMZ and NAT it, or even just give it a public address.
