SQL Server - Where and how can I remove the SQL Server details from the ShoreTel system

Hey all,
When the ShoreTel system was setup, I think our main SQL server details must have been added in somewhere, as when I turn off the SQL server network traffic increases significantly which using some software I have been able to determine that the reason is that end users desktops all searching for the SQL server (which reduces their PC's performance and the network as well).

We are using MySQL server now, which I have added via ODBC connectors in the database connections of the contact center director.

However I can not see where the SQL database details are recorded so I can remove them, as we are trying to decommision the SQL server.
I can't see anything in the Data Sources(ODBC) on the SQL server, the ECC server of the VM servers.

Any pointers or ideas would be greatly appricaited, as I assume that this should be fairly straighforward to resolve.

Many thanks
