Lync/Remote Call Control

We are piloting this feature (Lync wave 14, Shoretel 12.2). Lync is sending the calls in proper E.164 format, but Shoretel is treating it like a local number. (e.g. When I click to call the guy sitting next to me, Shoretel sends the call out to the pstn and back in. (This is confirmed via the Trunk Test and also in the Call History fields)
Other aspects of the pilot are functioning correctly.
I've set up some Translation tables trying to strip everything but the extension (our DIDs match our extensions), but not having any luck.

Thanks in advance,
Kevin

I believe my issue lies within the CSTA, working on that now.

Kevin,

you may need a custom dial string for this too.... anyway you can post what the call setup looks like and the setup from Lync?

Brian, Thanks for the response. My issue was within the dialplan.conf file. There was provisions for 1(602)123-4567, but not for (602)123-4567. Our Active Dir (along with local Contacts) has numbers stored in a variety of formats. Some addtl translation info corrected the issue.

In this scenario, is CSTA required? or is this just done via a custom dial string on the trunk group?
