Hi, does anyone know if there is a way of ensuring that callbacks to a specific number are only done once whether they are answered or not. Our customer is having issues where callbacks are being initiated two or three times and this is causing issues with their customers who require callback.

Hi Sean, tried to call you but got your voicemail. You can change this under System Parameters, Outbound, General Preferences. There is a callback section here where you can define the number of retries.

As far as I can tell you can only currently change this system-wide.
